A gap I kept running into as a counselor

BadgePlans started with a Google Search on "How to teach Sustainability Merit Badge" and a Saturday session that wasn't going the way I'd hoped.

As a merit badge counselor and troop parent myself, I kept seeing the same gap: volunteers who showed up willing to teach, but without a structured plan to actually run the session well.

So I built one. Every BadgePlan turns a badge's official requirements into a session you can run with confidence — engaging activities, printable materials, and timing, worked out before the meeting starts.
